Copy/Paste and ZWSP
Hi,
I read a technical book with code snippets. Every time I copy a code snippet in my IDE (Rubymine) I have to remove the ZWSP (zero-white-space) from the copied strings. This is annoying. How can I fix it? (I'm under Linux/Ubuntu) Thomas |

Remove the zwsp from the book using the edit book tool.

Thank you. I found the tool. Could you give some details how to do it? The book has many pages and I never did use the editor until now. Do I have to edit every single page? How to specify "ZWSP" as the character for replacing?

You do a search replace you can tell the search replace to run over all files if you like. https://manual.calibre-ebook.com/edit.html
And if you want to do it from the command line use the search replace features of ebook-convert |
