Calibre not starting: bypy frozen importer

Hi, I've used Calibre for many years now, and suddenly it's not starting up at all. I just get the following error message:

There was an error initializing the bypy frozen importer:
<class 'FileNotFoundError'>: [WinError 2] The system cannot find the file specified: 'C:\\Program Files\\Calibre2\\app\\bin\\python-lib.bypy.frozen'
Traceback (most recent call last):
File bypy-importer.py, line 337, in <module>
File bypy-importer.py, line 273, in __init__

Any suggestions? Should I uninstall and reinstall (and can I do this without losing the library and plugins?

I'm on Windows 10 Home, version 1909. What has changed since I last successfully opened Calibre: I had a failed Windows feature update to version 20H2 and updated the Thunderbolt driver on my laptop. The computer has been restarted after these and before trying to start Calibre.

Either repair the install or uninstall and re-install. Which wont affect any settings/books.
