As handy as that thread is, it's a shame it hasn't been updated and tidied up. Some fonts linked are no longer available for obvious reasons. In fact the opening post hasn't been edited in 4 years.

Sigh. I've started the chore of creatibg a wiki page. See Kobo Fonts.

I'll get the basics up and then guess what; you can all add to it.
