Calibre error when switching library

Hello all! I tried google and the forum search for this, but wasn't successful.
Here's my issue:

I keep a Calibre Library at my home computer on an external HDD.
I recently got a new laptop and wanted to copy some books over so I took my external HDD, plugged it in and took a fresh Calibre installation which I pointed to the Calibre Folder in the Drive.
It seems to get all the books right (they are in the list, but with no Covers in the sidebar), buy immediately throws an error, below, which is replicated whenever I click on an item in the list.
All systems are running Windows 10.

Thanks for the help.

Code:
calibre, version 4.23.0
ERROR: Unhandled exception: WindowsError:[Error 183] Cannot create a file when that file already exists: u'D:\\Calibre Folder\\***'
