Sign and Return Document Workflow

Occasionally I have PDF documents that I need to fill out and/or sign. I am currently using the Onyx Boox Push website to transfer these files to my Onyx Boox Nova 2. I then open the document in the reader, complete the form and sign. Then I use export to export the document with my handwriting to a new PDF.

The last step is to transfer that file back to my desktop computer. The way I am currently doing this is to email the document back to myself from the Nova 2. But it is a pain to do. There must be an easier way for me to accomplish this, but I haven't found it.

In my dream world, I could select the document, and then have an option to "share" it to my OneDrive or Google Drive, or perhaps even provide an email address to have it mail it to me (as opposed to separately opening the email app, creating a new email, entering an email address, and going through the process of finding and attaching the document, which is a pain.)

Does anyone have a suggestion for a better workflow I can try for this?

Ideas welcome.

Can you just send it from your phone via Boox Assistant and then share it to OneDrive or Google drive using the Android apps?

Hmmm I don't have an Android phone and I believe the Boox Assistant is Android only.

On my Max 2, I do this with Dropsync, which I find very handy. You can set Dropsync up to sync folders one way or two ways. I have my Max 2 set up so that all exported PDFs are saved in the 'Note' folder, and I have Dropsync set up to automatically upload the contents of the 'Note' folder to Dropbox. This means that if I sign a PDF and export it, it is automatically uploaded to Dropbox. Would something like that work for you?
