Send to devise button missing from tool bar

I was going to transfer some of my books to my tablet and discovered that the send to devise button is now missing from the tool bar. I have Calibre installed on both my desk top and lap top computers (both running Windows 10). How am I supposed to transfer books if the button is missing?

Right click on selected book(s) in book browser, click on Send to Device, then select where to send.

An alternative is to connect your device, open calibre's Preferences, Change calibre behaviour, Toolbars and Menus, select The main toolbar when a device is connected. Look for Send to device in the Available Actions column, select it and then hit the left pointing arrow between the columns. Use the up/down arrows to place it where you want.

Though my personal preference is the right click.

Send to device only appears when a IDENTIFIED device is connected. Look at the status bar at the bottom.
Also, if you modified the default toolbar settings, You must have on the WHEN CONNECTED toolbar:
1) Send to device
2) Location Manager << this is where device view happens
