DXG How to send to Kindle
Hello friends!
I want to send a book to the Kindle over the network. My Kindle DX is equipped with a 3G module. I send books in pdf, doc, epub, mobi format to my @ kindle.com mailbox. Books appear in my account under "manage content and device" in the "docs" section. But they do not come to my Kindle. What am I doing wrong? I buy books at Amazon and they appear on my Kindle instantly. But the books I sent do not appear in the device’s memory. Every time I send a book, I get a letter "Your Amazon Kindle document is here". |

The 3G costs Amazon. Likely it only works on old Kindles to buy books.
Use the USB port and Calibre, which will also charge you DX. Also save all the Amazon books on your PC via Download to PC for USB transfer. Put your Kindle DX serial number in a suitable Calibre plugin to "future proof" your purchases and make backups that will work on a replacement eReader, that need not be from Amazon. I read the books bought for my DXG and PW3 on my Kobo ereader now. I almost never need to charge as the ereaders charge while I transfer ebooks to them or copy annotations off, even after eject, till the USB is unplugged. As a publisher I get charged a small amount when people buy our books from Amazon via 3G instead of USB transfer! |

Thanks to Amazon support service, helped. Now I get a file in my Kindle DX using the "send to Kindle".
Special thanks to Raj from the support team. Raj, if you read it - thank you, friend! |

I imagine you already know that books which DIDn't automatically transmit down to your kindle, can be gotten by searching for the title on the kindle, and clicking on the book? Or, by looking at "ALL" rather than "DOWNLOADED" titles, you can see the ones that did not transmit to the kindle automagically. Again, click them and they will download.
