Can't Complete Buying Book

When I try to buy a book from the Kobo site the website won't fully load the page that allows me to pay for it. It seems to only happen on my home PC. I contacted Kobo and they seem a little stumped, but say they can fix it they just need about an hour to do it and they were in the middle of heavy call volume when I had them on the phone. I was wondering if anyone on here had an easier fix. I was going to re-install the Kobo desktop but now I don't think that will do it.

Heavy call volume might indicate that the problem is on their end and affecting lots of customers.

Everything has high call volumes now. With more people staying home they’re doing more things at home. Buying readers or books would be one of those things.

I don’t think the high call volume is at all indicative that it’s a Kobo problem.
