Question Is there any way to keep track of what is emailed OUT?
I help several people by emailing out from my library. Is there any way to keep track of what HAS been emailed out?

Can you do a CC to yourself (and throw away the attachment). Other than that, running the debug log is a brutal (sized) way.
Manual tagging at send time, is probably your solution

Windows 10 1809

For sending a single book, I open the book folder, right click the file(s) I want to send, click Share, select Mail, and I'm in my default mail client with the selected file(s) attached.

If I want to send a bunch of books I save to a folder, zip the folder, upload the zip to a suitable place and mail the link to that.

I only want ONE outgoing mail audit trail.

I created a checkbox column for each member of my family. When I email a book to their device, I put the check in that column. Viola!
