More adjustment when adding books

Is there any change to get such rule dialog for all metadata/custom fields during adding books?
Or at a minimum for title please. Maybe other countries don't have such stupid need but all my books show «german edition» in the title which I like to remove.

btw, why dont use Search Replace instead..

I already do that wi tsearch and replace.
My question is about automation while adding books.

Also that tag and author adjustments can be achieved afterwards. Nevertheless Calibre offers in addition the rule concept to do it when adding books.
Therefore my question what about title and other fields same way in addition.

Currently only title and author. I'm not particularly keen to add title to the list, but patches are welcome.
