UK Waterstones books on US reader

Hi all
just a quick question I have a PRS 500 and love it, anyway i was singing the readers praises to friend who has purchased a PRS 505 on holiday in the US.

He has come home and purchased a adobe digital edtions book from waterstones UK site which he cant get to transfer to his reader has anyone got any ideas

"cant get to transfer" is a little vague. Please provide more info, e.g. exact error messages. Or even better, ask your friend to come and post here.
