is there an option that will stop the series number from auto correcting when you are in Edit Metadata? It is getting annoying that it keeps changing to the next number when the correct number is already in the field |

Not sure if this is what you're looking for, but there is a tweak about the series number. I haven't examined all the options, but they do have auto-increment, so I suppose there must also be an option to stop it. Hope it helps you.
