When editing field in book column view, font gets smaller?

When looking at my book list in column view, when I edit a column field, the text for the field becomes smaller. It returns to the original size when I'm done editing, but how can I can control the size of the text during the edit because it's too small for my comfort.

Doesnt happen for me. What OS is this, and try adjusting the interface font in Preferences->Look & feel

I'm on windows. I had the interface font at MS Shell Dlg 2 [7pt]. I changed it to 8pt, restarted, and don't see the issue. I put the font size back to 7pt, restart, and I still don't see the issue. It's a mystery how it originally happened but at least it's okay now. Thanks.
