deleting images in editor

I removed some images from the Editor, <img src="Pictures/199.png" alt="" class="gq"/>
In the "Files Browser/Images" listing I cursored down to 199.png and hit the delete key and 199.png vanishes. However, although 199.png is not visible in the text editor, nor in the Files Browser list, nor in the File Preview, it is still visible in the "Browse Images in Book". Also, because of its continued presence, I cannot "bulk rename" the images in the Files Browser. I found that the correct way to delete an image in the Files Browser is not with the delete key key but rather with a right click, then choosing delete from the list. I am supplying this information in case this might be an error. Best Regards, Pop.

That's strange, the delete key and right click delete use exactly the same procedure for deleting. And I cannot reproduce this, using the delete key to delete an image causes it to stop showing up in Browse images in book (after clicking the refresh button).

- yes it is possible to assign Del or Num/Del to anything, viz:
