Handwriting / Note book apps?

I just picked up the Onxy Boox N96 and can't seem to find any handwriting apps that will work with it? I installed INK reaible PRO and it does not respond with either touch or pen. Installed about 5 other apps and nothing seems to work besides the included Onxy Scrible app.

Anyone find a good pen writing app that will keep everything organized in different notebooks and shows small thumbnails of your pages?

Found a thread about the writing apps. Looks like not a lot of options.

Hi billsmith008,
I have an M96 which I use daily to take notes at meetings. I have a list of functional requirements and I tested all compatible handwriting apps on the Play Store which have a rating of 3 stars or more. The result:
- Many apps don't properly recognise the stylus
- Many apps only allow you to write in a box, not on the whole screen (designed for capacitive screens)
- Most apps lack even basic functionality (rename files, search by filename, sort by filename, insert pages, etc.)
- All apps suffer from stylus delay - some are terrible, others are just o.k. None are as fast as the built-in Onyx Scribbler.
- Considering the above, the absolute best app I have found is Lecture Notes. It is fully (and I mean FULLY) featured, relatively reliable, and the developer is very responsive. He has implemented several of my feature requests already. Unfortunately there is also stylus lag with Lecture Notes, although less than many other apps - so I have written to Booxtor and asked him to facilitate the enhancement of Onyx Scribbler with further functions.

There are some mainstream handwriting apps (such as OneNote) which are not compatible with Android 4.0. I hope the imminent update of the M96's OS will increase our choices!

I hope this helps.
