dictionary in kindle pw3 keeps disappearing

i have a problem with my kindle pw3 that the dictionary i download from cloud keeps disappearing after 1-5 uses from look up in books, vocabulary builder or read the dictionary itself.
the reset trick works but the problem is still there.

Have you tried removing the dictionary and putting it back on the pw3?
