How to manage your own E-books with the KOBO desktop app?

Hi,

when using the KOBO desktop app or the KOBO website, all I can see is the books that I bought. How do you manage the books you already had and put on the e-reader manually? I want to manage those along with the collections they're in, but they don't show up in the app.

Anyone knows how to do this?

The best way to manage your eBooks and collections is with Calibre. It handles the collection very well. And you can see what's on your Glo. It just is so much better than Kobo Desktop for eBook management.

I'd second Calibre, Kobo appears to have some functionality for sideloaded content management if their iOS is any indication. However it's going to pale in comparison to what you can do with Calibre, and the general ease with which you can do it once you dig in to it.
