Did you ever try to get red overspray ...

off of a white door???

While I was masking off the paint area ... something in the back of my head kept saying "you better mask this out even further ... you might get overspray!!"

Pity it stayed in the back of my mind. Man .... that was one heck of a scrubbing job I had to do to get it off. I really didn't want to repaint a huge part of the door.

The project I'm working on is to "paint" a chalk board with a red frame onto the upper panel of the door. Then, I'm going to attach a trimmed wood strip to hold the chalk.

I'm going to take some Vicodin and go to bed. My arms are so sore. Seriously, how big of a moron do you have to be to get overspray in the door jam .... and on the BACK side of the damn door!!???

Erk. Don't answer that .... I know the answer. Just shows you that even people with supposedly high IQs can do really stupid things.

And all I could think of after reading......."too bad they don't have baggies big enough to cover a door". Even those with low iq's can say stupid things......

Today, I get to paint the chalkboard portion. I am going to mask that door to hell and gone before I start.

Oh .... and according to the Post Office, MY SECOND KINDLE CAME TODAY!! So, I'm going to toddle on over there and pick it up.
