Calibre does not recognise new Kindle
Hi
I've just bought a new Kindle Paperwhite (2019 edition). I wanted to put books on it, but Calibre does not recognize the device. I on Ubuntu 18.04. Everything on my computer has been updated. My computer detects the device. Calibre detects my older device, Kindle Paperwhite (2018 edition). Update calibre the version you are using is ancient.

Don't use the Repo version. It is out of date the day your version of Ubuntu is released. Un install it (Libraries and settings remain)
