Progress Sync - sample curl commands

Is there documentation showing sample curl commands for the KOReader Sync Server, to do things like list the books recently synced as well as the reading position?

In a perfect world, I'd like to visit a web page showing a list of books on my own server (which I do have set up) with reading position percentages, so that I can find my reading position on unsupported devices (like an iPhone).
