Based on your error log, I wonder if it's because your source epub contains filenames (and possibly also spine ids) with 'unsafe characters'? If you open the epub in the calibre Editor and run Check Book I'm pretty sure it will flag many errors because of these names. It might be worth running the Editor's auto-fix to clear up the name problems before retrying the epub-to-kepub conversion.
