Aura HD Contacting Customer Care from Australia?

Does anyone have the number for Customer Care to call from Australia?

I've gone through that interface of creating an Incident, but even though I clicked on the Australian flag at the start, it's giving me what looks like a North American number to call.

I thought I'd written the number down last time I called them, but I can't find it now. Sigh.

Can anyone help, please?

I've been calling the number below. On the two or three occasions I've rung them the person answering is physically in Canada, and the service has been great!

Listen to the recorded message about various models, and from memory I choose 'other models', or, similar because I've spoken to them about codes they've sent me that don't work.

Yes, Lynx-lynx, I think their voice menus could do with a bit of retooling. The first response I got said something like "Thanks for calling for help with setting up your Glo HD."

Anyway, all sorted, so thanks again.
