Free (Kindle DRM-free) SteamPunk Salmagundi [Sci-Fi Stories & Articles]
SteamPunk Salmagundi by British author John Reppion (Wikipedia), one half of the Moore (Leah, daughter of Alan) & Reppion graphic novel team whose works you may have read and enjoyed from the various Dynamite Comics bundles, is a mini-collection of his sfnal fiction and non- which was originally published in SteamPunk Magazine (Wikipedia), which incidentally is published under a Creative Commons license and allows you to download all their back issues as PDF free from their website (modest donation suggested), free courtesy of the author himself.
Currently free (and DRM-free) possibly for the next couple of days @ Amazon (available to Canadians & in the UK and pretty much every Amazon-serviced place worldwide, since this is being done through their KDP Select exclusive-or-else program) If you happen to be interested, there's a fairly substantial interview with both Reppion & Moore about their comic book work and influences which briefly touches upon this steampunk collection over at this 2000AD Judge Dredd fansite. Description This e-edition collects all of John Reppion's writings for the acclaimed SteamPunk Magazine from 2007 to 2013. Reason: Parentheses close with a closing-parethensis, not a period. And title which turns out to be CamelCased. |
