Kindle PaperWhite behaving weird!

Hi,
I'm perturbed, as I recently had 20 eBooks wiped/erased from my Kindle library. Furthermore, I am unable any replacement eBooks from my PC

.

I am not registered with Amazon. When I tried to Register they requested Cc details. I do not have a Cc.

Has anyone experienced similar problems?Is there a rational explanation? What can I do to solve this?https://www2.mobileread.com/i/smiliehttp...sadd1/help.gif

You have to have an Amazon account to buy books from Amazon. Where did the books that you said you formerly had come from? If Amazon, you need to try and get reregistered to that account, or you will never have access to those books again. If necessary, contact Customer Service.

You should be able to use a debit card that has the Mastercard or Visa symbol on it, or buy a prepaid card, or buy an Amazon gift card from a store, and apply that to the account. One or the other - card or gift card. How else do you expect to pay for books?

I have been an Amazon Customer since 2010 NEVER have they required a Cr Card! To this day I use Gift Cards to buy my ebooks! Try again IF they want a Cr Card contact Customer Service!! You DO Need a Cr Card for Prime & Audible!
