Would it be possible to add Glo HD to the Kobo forum's prefix choices?

There was a time I'd have agreed with this idea but now I wonder why... The majority of issues / questions with one model of Kobo ePub reader are applicable to all other Kobo ePub readers.

I would agree, however, Kobo's latest firmware is intended only for the Glo HD and the Touch. Kobo seems to be fragmenting.

Kobo has been doing 'partial releases' for a while now.

There really isn't any need to specific Kobo model tags, other than maybe the WiFi. All the other model specific threads have the model in the title.

And the firmware gets addressed by release, not by model/release.
