How to Archive PM's
How do I Archive PM's?

Yep, I've nearly got a full quota .... and the MR email message advising of this says that I can Archive:

So, how do I do that ....

There's a "Download all Private Messages as" link at the very bottom of the page for XML, CSV, and Text (I advise grabbing a copy in all three options, just in case).

Alternatively, you can just pick the ones you want to keep by using the Selected Messages dropdown menu and picking one of the Download As options, which would probably be more useful if you're intending to periodically clear them out and don't want to keep re-grabbing ones you've already gotten.

Thank you for that info.

I've also just discovered that I can create Folders, and have created Archive Inbox PM's and Archive Sent PM's folders.

Whilst there is an option to move the Inbox PM's to the Archived Inbox PM's folder, the Sent PM's only has the option to:
Delete
Mark as Read
Mark as Unread
Download as XML
Download as CSV
Download as Text

and no option to Move to Folder.

Can't the Sent PM's be Archived by moving them to a Folder?

No, unfortunately, it doesn't seem like they can be moved at all, just deleted.
