Unhappy Insert disk into drive;;

I have purchased in Dec 2014 but i don't use it a long time. Yesterday, I connected the h2o to my computer. My computer will recognize that a mass storage device has been installed but wont let me open it. Within the My Computer Window, it will show as "Removable Disk". When I double click on it, it states the following; "Insert disk into drive".

it show as "Kobo eReader-3.12.0 USB Device" for drive on Device Manager, but 3.17GB space "Unallocated" on Disk Management.

I have reset the eReader to factory settings. and change different USB cable, uninstall and reinstall the drive, testing other computer. but it same issue.

What should i do?

Happy new year, friends.

Try connecting it to another PC to see if it will recognize it. If it does it might be an USB drivers issue on your PC. What OS are you using?

I use OS Windows 8.1 64bit.
It doesn't recognize on another PC.
