There's a chance this may not actually be all that high on the eventual ARE heat index, but the Select Suspense author's guidelines do say that they expect both strong suspense elements and moderate to high heat, where quote-unquote "The suspense plot must be vital to the story and romance." and "Sex scenes should be fully realized.", whatever that means in mainstream-ish romance terms.
