Cannot access OPDS with iPad

I only started using Calibre (with Marvin) a few (~6) months ago. Originally I was able to access OPDS. I am now getting errors that Marvin or a browser cannot connect.

On the PC (win7-64) the test server works fine. The server log shows the following:

Any ideas on the problem?

PS....change from 109 to 141 was changing access points to see if it made any difference
