Saw someone mentioned this in the new audiobooks section here, so thought I'd just mention that it's now on sale for those that were saying that $10 was a bit steep.

Ah, hahaha, sorry, I know how that goes! Yeah, it's pretty good. Since it's discounted though, I advise people to splurge at least on one of the Ivona voices. I'm not fond of the Acapela one that it comes with, I was playing around with tweaking it while it read Pride and Prejudice, but it had weird feedback (if that's what you call it, I forgot) issues.

I had to slow it down a bit too.

Yeah, I'm not too keen on "Heather" either. Missing out on the sale has so upset me, I treated my self to an Ivona voice I chose Salli, and I love it! So much clearer and more natural-sounding. I also liked a particular NeoSpeech voice (Paul) that I'm thinking of picking up later.

I also bought it on Monday. I got Salli and love it.

Jessica, thanks for the recommendation. As much as I hate missing the sale, it is worth the $9.99 regular price.

I listen to differnt voices depending on where the book I'm reading is set. If I had to have just one it would be Amy.

I like this idea! I just bought Emma and Paul. I tried a lot of samples (mostly the non-Acapela voices) and Salli is my favorite so far.
