eset32 blocking mobileread

Just started to get a LARGE number of URLs related to MobileRead being blocked by eset NOD32.

Representative error:
05/08/2014 2:22:37 PM https://www2.mobileread.com/i/mr/buttons/collapse_tcat.gif Blocked by PUA blacklist C:\Program Files (x86)\Ad Muncher\AdMunch.exe Peter-W7\Peter

Disabling Nod32 looking for "Potentially Unwanted Applications" appears to have resolved the issue. Looks as though it's related to Nod32 and Ad Muncher.
