Calibre Help . .

I was adding some books to my Glo after setting the metadata etc with Calibre. I must have inadvertently pressed a button because when I looked at Calibre again the left hand column listing Authors, Publishers, Shelves etc has disappeared!

I just have the listings of the books going across. Would appreciate any help to get them back

This might be a wrong place for Callibre support but the only way I could make the left column disappear is to drag the vertical separator (between it and the main window) to the left.
I can then drag it back to make it appear again. It's very close to the window's edge.

In the lower right corner of Calibre there is a row of icons. The first one is for the tag browser, click the icon and the side panel should reappear.

Indeed, a calibre question belongs in the calibre subforum. Otherwise our calibre experts might not see it.

There is a button in the bottom right corner for each of the four different view options.

Toggling on/off:
the book details panel
the book list vs. cover grid
the book covers carousel
the tag browser (what you are missing)

Click the tag icon to toggle the tag browser back into view.
