![]() How can I checked which devices hold a copy of my Amazon ebook? I am 99.99% that I do not have this ebook anywhere, but if I can query or check that myself before calling Amazon, that would be awesome. I can see my ebooks on Amazon's website, but it does not tell me where are they or which tablet or reader holds a copy. |

Wow, this is interesting ...
The book just disappear from Amazon :-( ... I called them and the customer service lady had some issues finding the order, which I made in 2012. She did a different search, looks like not via Amazon website and then she find it. But still, I can't download it. It looks like that's the reason why I can't download the book. It appears to Amazon like I never bought it. |

I had some weird double-account thing happen one time, where none of my books/devices showed up whenever I logged in. The Amazon rep was able to get rid of the extra account and reset my password to something new on the existing one. Everything was golden after that.
I have no idea if that's at all relevant to your situation, but I thought I'd throw it out there. |

Once again, Amazon customer service rocks.
Something weird happened and that ordered got messed up, or the "counter" that keep track of the downloads for that ebook. So they gave me a refund and I downloaded it again. This time I bought the most recent version and I paid the difference. Now I have my SQL 2012 Reporting Services book again. Weird! |

Or when Amazon is notified that the book you purchased was an illegal copy, etc. Yet another reason to store a copy of all your purchased ebooks on your own media. |
