Reader stores with spanish language titles?

Hi Folks,

I'd like to buy my wife an e-reader, but I'd like to buy one that links to stores with a good selection of spanish language titles. I have a kobo glo which I love, and I love that i can put on my own epubs, etc. Any idea how the spanish language books are on the kobo stores? What about other choices? If I get a kindle, can I put my own .mobi's on the kindle? Perhaps I'd have to jailbreak it?

thanks!

No problem reading your unprotected mobi books on Kindle. All Kindles have native support for mobi.

If you're in the US, Amazon lists about 75,000 ebooks in Spanish. I don't know how that compares to Kobo. Here's the link to Amazon ebooks in Spanish: http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=sr_nr_n_...nid=7735160011

Assuming that the OP is in Spain, the best choice would be the Spanish Amazon site: www.amazon.es

A tip: It makes it an awful lot easier for people to help you if you specify your country in your profile information.

I don't know if you can access from out of Spain, but for ePubs I'd recommend www.casadellibro.com. You can even pay with PayPal.

For Kindle, www.amazon.es, obviously.
