Print settings to fit HD+ screen

If I'm creating a PDF or EPUB, what print settings do I need to give the best fit to the Nook HD+ screen?

I've tried the usual googling and forum searches without success - I'd be grateful if someone could save me having to resort trial and error experimentation!
