ereadable bookstore

firstly i apologise if i have put this query in the wrong place(someone may move it to the correct location if i have)
i am in the u.k and never had a problem getting my ebooks from books on board,but all of a sudden geographical restrictions have started on some titles(it is laughable!i bought 1 title in september,i tried an experiment and it wont let me buy it now!)
i have found a site called ereadable books.i got as far as registering and noticed the books are in dollars yet it tells you in the f a q that it is a british site can anyone help are they a safe site to use.
also i used to get sony gift cards of a u.s.a seller,but no longer can i dont suppose anyone has a $25 card for sale i can do paypal.
