Setting up chapters and bookcovers.
Could someone point me to where it shows how to do chapters when I convert a pdf into an ebook? Because after I've converted a pdf when I go to the table of contents no matter which chapter I tap it always takes me to the first chapter. Also, can someone show me how to set up a bookcover so I don't always have the first page of the pdf as the bookcover? Thanks for the help.

I would recommend you download Sigil, and do your clean-up in that. Chapter headers are as easy as highlighting some text and setting it as a header, and running the TOC tool. Covers can also be changed in Calibre, but Sigil is what you really want to do proper formatting.
