New PRS500 Owner Needs CONNECT software
Hi,
I've just purchased a Sony reader off ebay, and am trying to hunt down the Connect software. I'm mainly interested in transferring PDF files...
Is this software necessary for this procedure, and if so, does anyone know where it can be downloaded?
I thought i had it, but the file I downloaded from Rapidshare ended up being Roxio software...

Before you transfer your PDF, you may want to find the thread containing pdflrf. Mist PDF are for letter size pages with wide margins and looks like crap on a 6" screen.

Thanks for the tip. The files i've transferred look pretty bad--some completely illegible...
