Problem with tocs

Have my book just as I want it, but get the following errors on uploading to Lulu.com. If I reload tocs, I lose the left to right page turn in DL Reader for some reason. Is there a way I can fill in the missing links without text?

How have you encoded the links in the actual book text? Normally, you set the id elements around a chapter heading.

Hi Susan, I think you have hit the nail on the head! I have gone back to an earlier saved file and found the links in that. It appears to be working fine now, that is until, I find another typo, lol. Thanks for your input. Will carry on with the project now ; )
