Red color

What can you say about the red color for men?

Planning to buy a new reader for my 20 year old brother. It seems the red is the only available color here in our place.

Not quite sure what you're asking? Do you think red is somehow 'girlie'? What about red sports cars? FWIW, when I bought my T1, I chose the red, and no, I'm not a 20-something bloke, but I was served by one and he mentioned that he'd just bought the red himself. Besides, your brother's going to need a cover anyway, unless he wants to end up with a broken ereader, so the colour then becomes far less important.

Depends on your brother, I'd guess.

I knew a man who wouldn't carry an umbrella because it was too feminine - he called it a "fem-stick". I called him an idiot. But they're out there.

How does your brother feel about anything that isn't black?

Where I live, Ohio State is huge, so everyone wears red, male and female. I don't think red would have any stigma here.

Yeah that's what I thought. Maybe I'll just it give it to him, if he refuse the red I'll just switch my black then.

If your brother wants women to notice him, red is the way to go! It'sd not feminine at all, just very beautiful!

If he's likely to be that worried about what colour his reader is, or rather how observers will pigeon-hole hole because of it - which he doesn't have to flaunt a great deal after the first day/girl/book - buy him a puppy.
