Hello Everyone,
My name is Janee. Thank you for allowing me to join your forum. I hope that joining this forum will enable me to obtain help in using my enTourage eDGe.

This is my first post and I'm not really sure if I should express my concerns here or so I will just hello and thank you for allowing me to be a part of the group.

My second post will include the problems I am having and I hope I will be able to find the solution I need.

I feel confident that there are many intelligent individuals among the members of this forum who can provide the help I need.

I'm very sorry to say that I have not received any help with my enTourage eDGe. I have paid $499 plus tax and shipping for a device I can't use. I am very saddened by this. I will just have to purchase another e-reader device. I searced the site for information on my device but I found nothing that could help me. There was one entry that was in German that I could not read so I don't what was in it.
Thanks for welcoming me into the group.
