PRS-T1 T1 Freezing

I have had my T1 for a few days and noticed it locked up twice. When taking it off sleep mode, it would get the circular arrow symbol. Hitting and holding the power off button and reset did not help. What did work was removing the micro SD card and then hitting power. I have the T1 without the card now for a few days and it has not locked up again.

Thus I believe the problem is with the micro SD. I had the T1 reformat the card and store books on it with no problems. It is a SanDisk 8 GB micro SD card - one of the more popular brands. The card works in my phone, PC and camera with no problems. I have the latest firmware loaded.

Any guidance?

Sometimes a book may have formatting that doesn't agree with the ereader and cause freezes and resets. You could try loading a few books at a time to the SD card to isolate the problem.
