Firmware mods WISHLIST

Firstly, I wanted to thank porkupan (boroda) and others for developing the modified firmware for this ebook reader. Its features are just great!

http://translate.google.com/translat...D15576&act=url

However, I do have a wishlist of some other mods and wondered if they could be added to future updates.

-- ebook reader ABOUT SCREEN personalization -- adding your name and email address - as done with a 505 mod.

-- adding other WEBSITE links when connected to the WI-FI

-- selection screen to easily choose other EPUB book fonts

--while connected to WIFI - be able to stream music from PANDORA while reading

The main thing I would like is the ability to choose font and font size.

Make it possible to download content to the reader e.g., from Project Gutenberg, Feedbooks, etc., and/or better yet to remotely access my Calibre library! Perhaps also, on the home page, replacing the horizontal row of "last books added to the reader", and adding a feature that would allow you to "Pin" your top 3 favorite books to that place. Hmmm, now that I think of it, I would love to see the "options" menu decompressed on the 950. With the added height/width of the screen in either orientation there is absolutely no reason to have the menu compressed like Sony does. At the very least to have immediate access to "Table of Contents" and "Bookmarks".

then a simple common wish; have the last three read books in the home page...

Chances are good, it's already ported to the PRS-600! So hopefully it will work on the x50 too.
BTW: BenChen has ported the PRS-505-Oldies Mahjong and Fiveballs for the PRS-600 and generously contributed two new games: Five In a Row and FreeCell.

I'm not a programmer so I don't know how hard this would be but I would love it if my 950 recognized folders. I have all my books organized in folders according to the author's name but putting them onto the reader results in just a huge list of books in random order.

Wait a while for Kartu to update PRS+ for the 650 and 950 or take a look at calibre and adding metadata for collections which can do the same sort of organisation that folders provide...

If it's possible, please make the dictionary work in the browser. It's a shame that it works even on scanned pdfs but not on digital web pages. Many thanks to those who devote their time to the project!
