Charger for T1
What charger (other then Sony's) do you use to charge your T1? What have you tried that didn't work? Someone said in another thread that an iGo charger did not work with the T1.

Does anyone have a blackberry charger to try? The iGo tip I use with the 650 is the blackberry tip. I did pick up a Sony charger cheap at Borders when they were having their going out of business sale. So I do have that. But I'd like to be able to use the iGo charger because it means carrying one charger for my Rio Karma and 650. Just have to carry the appropriate tips.

I am thinking of getting a T1 for a gift. So I'd like to know what my options are.

I bought a £4 charger on ebay to go with t1 that is being given as a present and it works fine. For my own I use my htc phone charger which also works fine.

My Blackberry charger charges my Sony 350 & T1, my Kindle K4 and my Verso Arc Lights. I tried using the Kindle USB cable with my iPod AC charger. It worked for the Blackberry, Kindle K4 and the Arc Light but when I plugged in my T1 - it flashed and went to black screen from the standby screen.

I thought I killed it. I didn't. It came back to life when I connected it to the Blackberry charger. But my heart skipped a few beats though let me tell ya!! lol

So, um...don't do that k!! Use one that has a power cord not the USB AC charger like iPods use.

As far as I can see , the T1 will need some data input, just the way the ps3 controller does.

I use that,expensive, but quite handy as there is two usb port, and they can be at hand reach. And it's sony proof.

The one that came with my Samsung Galaxy S works fine. I have a generic USB charger (where you put a USB cord in) from Artwizz which doesn't.

So it sounds like my iGO charger should work since it has a Blackberry tip and a Blackberry charger works. Thanks.

I have used both a Blackberry charger from my daughter's 'phone and plugged the USB cable into my wife's iPhone plug. Both worked fine.
