Best screen protector with glare reduction

OK, I know there are other threads about some great screen protectos for XO and others, but it's not clear to me when I read the comments about their ability for glare reduction.

I'm specifically interested in a high quality screen protector that will reduce glare (the florescents in the office are murder), as well as reduce finger prints and smudging, without reducing touch sensitivity and doesn't leave bubbles, etc.

Anyone found something nice that meets those requirements? I'm not afraid to spend more for something descent.
