Backup PE Files, How ??
Before I get too far into adding stuff to my PE, I thought I would see if I
could backup the device, just in case. I connected the PE to my computer using the USB port, but it came up and wanted to install Android Software. I get very nervous about doing things like that, don't ask how I got that paranoid. Bottom line, how would one back up the PE, just in case. Thanks, Dick, W1KSZ |

Not sure this is what you're looking for, but I've seen high praises for the Titanium backup app here on the forum.
It's available, free, at AppBrain Android Market. It's on my list of things to install -- just in case I ever have to do the hard reset thing where it wipes all your info. |

AppBrainless
I have been playing ring-around-the-rosey with AppBrain trying to install
Titanium. I cannot convince this site that I don't have a phone, I just want the app. So, I quit. Any other ideas ?? 73, Dick, W1KSZ |

I think there is a backup app for data on the edge. For apps you can use some file manager apps to do so. On esexplorer you go to menu, pick manager, go to system/apps (I think that is where the apps are stored) and select all, then menu and backup.

You can create a backup of your library for safe keeping using the Local Backup option under Apps.
