Troubleshooting Not receiving via whispernet

Over the last few weeks I have noticed that content that I buy on my computer, which is marked as to be delivered to my kindle, does not show up on my kindle and only appears as an unclickable document in my archive folder. This is annoying to say the least. The same thing happens when I buy a book using my kindle.

The only way that I have been able to transfer to my kindle is by downloading it to the PC and then transferring it via USB.

I have a wifi K3, which was an Amazon replacement for my original K3 when the screen went bad. I have a good wifi signal on my home network and have it properly set up in my account and had zero issues transferring content when I initially received it, so I don't really know what the issue could be. When I go to the manage my kindle section and try to send the books that way it just says "try again later". It's frustrating and any help would be greatly appreciated.

Home->Menu->Settings->Menu->Restart.

If that doesn't work, then unregister, restart, re-register.
