Executive Privilege Free with Bonus Material, by Phillip Margolin, is finally available to US customers in the Kindle bookstore. This one has been up for quite some time for international customers, but US customers could not access it (although it was free in several other ebookstores).

Just found this Free at Kobo. Probably a mistake, grab it while you can if you missed it the first time.

The B&N link is from May 2010; the book is currently free at Kobo - see apesmom post above for the Kobo link

I've got the Playbook (Blackberry/Rim - PB)) and just went looking. You cannot sideload on the kobo reader or pb. At first, I saw the $8 one, only further down the list I saw the free one with bonus materials.
