tablet froze
hi, i have the pocket edge & everything was working fine. i had it plugged in like i always do unless i walk away with it, when i went to open it i pressed the back button & then home button, anyway i pressed on the reader side & held each button, i really forget exactly what i held down but anyway the reader side said initializing & went blank , i think thats when i held some buttons down & now my tablet screen isn't working. i can't even shut it down because it doesn't respond to any touch. i don't know what i did, but can someone please help me. tia Goldy319

thank you so very much, i'm back to normal. btw is it ok to always leave it plugged in when i'm using it? & also would you say that the screen froze? i'm not sure if by pressing & or holding down buttons switched the screens. i thought i read that you can make the tablet side on the left or something like that. this is all new to me. i updated it last night & it says dingo 1.9, firmware 1.6. is that where it should be at. thank you very much once again.

Leaving it plugged in while using it shouldn't cause any problems. Pressing and holding buttons should freeze the screen either. And it sounds like you're up to date. A future update may be able to prevent the lockups, if enTourage can figure out what's causing them.
