crashing?

I have rarely used my Entourage as yet but have played around with it. I opened it yesterday and for some reason it will not let me get into settings; I have pressed the menu button to unlock the screen and get to certain places, the reader works ok. But the buttons on the bottom, library, internet, email, settings do not work, either with touching or the stylus. The icons do not respond either. I have powered off and on several times, same results. Is there a way to reset?

This could be a hardware problem (sounds like the screen has lost its touch sensitivity). Contact Tech Support right away so they can help you

If you have rarely used it you may not have the latest software updates. The camera was not enabled in the initial release. Check for updates and follow the directions. Info here http://www.entourageedge.com/blog/?p=743
and on the support page
